We always strive to advise you to find the best possible solution in the specific situation. This could be either a composition solution with creditors, or the initiation of debt restructuring at the bankruptcy court.
In this way, we can assist people by giving advice on finding the right solution for an unsurmountable debt that cannot be repaid within a reasonable number of years.
This could be an out-of-court solution if there are a small number of creditors, or other factors that make this solution the right one.
We can also assist by advising on the terms of applying for debt restructuring, including the preparation of an application, and structuring of supporting documents, so that the application meets the requirements for debt restructuring. The advice also relates to the likelihood of achieving debt restructuring, as it is sometimes the case that there may be personal or financial circumstances that need to be clarified before it is possible to carry out a debt restructuring. It is often an advantage, therefore, that these matters are handled and clarified before an application is submitted.
We are unable to help with the debt restructuring itself, as the bankruptcy court appoints an assistant to handle this work on behalf of the bankruptcy court.
