• We have experience of and work continuously with many different types of contracts and commercial documents in general, including partnering agreements, supply agreements, franchise agreements, a wide range of public contracts, offers, order confirmations, terms of sale and delivery, agency and exclusive distributor agreements, powers of attorney, etc.

• We regularly assist both Danish and foreign clients with negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
• Where assistance from foreign Attorneys is needed, we can draw on our many competent partners in, for example, Mackrell International, an international law firm partnership represented all over the world, in which Codex Advokater actively participate.
