- Incorporation and company forms: We help with the choice of company form and ensure fast online registration, so that operations can begin on the same day.
- Shareholders’ agreements: Advice on shareholders’ agreements, especially for companies with few shareholders, with a focus on exit agreements and termination of cooperation.
- General meetings: Planning, implementation and, if appropriate, participation as director, as well as reports to the Danish Business Authority.
